Remember to give yourself permission everyday to take the time to relax and recharge. Take a break from thoughts that focus on everything you feel you need to change about yourself and just be okay with who you are today. Get excited about who you are becoming. Keep your ambitions balanced with self acceptance for where your life is right now.
Plan some of your free time around activities that are relaxing and restore and renew you emotionally. Give thought to the importance of taking care of all of the parts of you that make so much happen on a daily basis.
