First step to living an ideal life

Steps to success

Steps to success

GET READY TO LIVE EACH DAY WITH PURPOSE, ORGANIZATION, INSPIRATION, AND MORE JOY!

The first step to living an ideal life is having a clear vision of what your ideal day would look like. The clearer your personalized picture is in your mind, the more likely you will be able to see opportunities that will guide and support you to take actions that will get you there faster. Zero in on the finest details, as in how you want to wake up and begin your day.

By reviewing your list often, what initially seems unrealistic will soon seem attainable as you form new and better habits. Having a clear picture of your preferences and goals in front of you prevents you from becoming sidetracked. You will begin to deliberately plan and create your most productive and joy-filled days!

Go ahead and put some ‘wild’ ideas out there! Get on your steps to success, How will you ever get there if you don’t start imagining and seeing it as real? I put on my list last year that I will vacation at the beach three times this year. I didn’t make three, but I did make two! I was actually invited to a ‘third’ trip but I didn’t WANT to miss work because I am having a great time these days working!

Below is an example starter list.
Focus on what it is that you personally need to happen for your most fulfilling day.
Write your intentions as if you are already doing it.
Change your list as you change!

I wake up refreshed and eager to start my day.
I mentally go over how I am going to act today and what I am going to accomplish.
I acknowledge gratitude for this day.
I am excited to exercise for thirty minutes.
I quickly get ready and know what I am going to wear. (Huge time saver)
My children get up easily, get ready for their day and we eat a healthy breakfast. (Disclosure: working on that one)!
My children get to school on time and when I get home I quickly tidy up the house.
When I begin my work day, I stay focused for at least one hour, and know what needs to be done.
I take a break and read a business article for 15 minutes.
I eat a healthy salad for lunch and take a 10 minute quality mental break (nailing this one)!

Now it’s your turn! TAKE your first step to living an ideal life
