EFT — A Tool That Can Change Your Life

Most people dream of changing their lives, improving their situation, achieving more. Let me assure you that it is really possible to make genuine changes in your life, using simple but effective techniques.

Many people try to use “positive affirmations” to change their lives. This can occasionally work, but more often than not, will fail. In essence, EFT, instead of determining and working with the exact meridian needed to change a particular problem, takes a much simpler approach of working with all of the twelve major meridians each time, thus assuring that the necessary changes can happen.

The reversal phenomenon is handled effectively by EFT, because the beginning of the EFT process always acts to reset any reversal on that subject. Without this handling of reversals, only an area that’s already in good shape can be improved, but when using EFT to handle reversals, even areas of ones life which are in a reversed condition, can be handled effectively.

Many techniques attempt to install positives without handling the existing negatives. While that can sometimes work, it is far more effective to both remove the negatives as well as strengthening positives. One of the great advantages of EFT is that it works equally well on both, with just the one method. So if you use EFT on a negative, that negative will be reduced, and using the exact same technique on a positive, the positive is strengthened. This makes EFT very easy to use in practice.
